A young person with low self-esteem, falling grades, sleep issues, emotional volatility, acting out behaviors, or self-harm is asking for support. I provide a safe space for youth who have experienced difficult transition, trauma, parental separation or divorce to express their thoughts and feelings and gain self esteem.
