There is something inexplicably powerful that happens when we share our stories in safe places with people who care.
I put a lot of emphasis on the past to help clients understand why they are the way they are. I aim to show clients the capacity for more self-compassion, strength, and authenticity. I take pride in keeping a very down-to-earth and genuine atmosphere, while always getting us to the deeper meaning of it all.

Groups
Body Image and Disordered Eating Group Therapy
Goals: Process the origins of negative body image and relationship with food. Overcome obstacles with recovery. Practice body justice, neutrality, and acceptance. Increase connection and vulnerability with others. Learn healthier ways to cope and manage symptoms. Population: Adults with disordered eating / body image concerns. Group Size: 6-8. Frequency: Weekly, consistent attendance required. In-person at our Eau Claire location. Cost: Some insurances cover group, otherwise there is a private pay option.
