Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you're navigating it alone. I aim to provide a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore your experiences with honesty and compassion. While I do not adhere to any modality in its entirety, I pull different pieces from different modalities to create an individualized approach for each patient based on preferences and presenting problems. I believe the foundation of effective therapy is a strong, trusting relationship. When you feel safe enough to show up authentically and embrace vulnerability, real change becomes possible.
