My job is to create a safe space for you to explore your story, your longings, your hopes, your dreams, and maybe even experience moments of JOY! I do not ask my clients to do anything I have not done or am not willing to do myself. I want to explore what direction of healing is right for you.
I am on leave till 3/2024. I have extensive experience working with Trauma, Sexual Abuse, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and Eating disorders & Body image issues. I also am certified in Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT) Levels 1-5. I am a trained in Early Recovery Couples Empathy Model (ECREM) therapist.
If your partner had an affair or they are a porn/sex addict, this does not mean you are codependent, what HAS happened is trauma and betrayal.
