My style is relational, collaborative and engaged. My understanding as a therapist is informed by my training and clinical experience, but also grounded by a long-held commitment to my own psychological work and development.
My clinical training has emphasized using a strengths based approach to psychotherapy with a focus on multicultural mental health. I have worked directly with members of the LGBTQ community, people of color, and the elderly. Additionally, I have experience treating a variety of personality disorders, as well as issues related to loss and grief.
