As a relational coach and grief counselor, I help you slow down, recognize these patterns as they happen, and build the space to respond with clarity instead of reacting on autopilot. Over time, this deepens self-trust and builds resilience— as with all interactions, it starts with how you relate to yourself.
I help you notice patterned reactions in real time rather than analyzing them after the fact— with remorse. Together we build awareness and options in the present moment— creating space to respond thoughtfully in the first place. We develop tools to help navigate grief, anxiety, relationship stress and the quieter loops of self-doubt that can keep you stuck.
