I enjoy helping people work through challenges and heal issues that are stopping them from feeling peace. I have a strong sense of respect for each of my clients and believe they are experts in their own lives. Each individual will have their own unique solution as each has their own unique situation. I work to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment for my clients and can offer tools that help them better understand and process issues they are dealing with.

I offer individual, group, and relational counseling, specializing in betrayal, infidelity, and problematic sexual behaviors. I am a CST, CSAT-S, CPTT-S, CCPS, CCRDS-S, CCBRT, and RAE and work with both those struggling with problematic sexual behaviors and those who have been betrayed.

I grew up in Massachusetts and have also lived in New York, Washington, Idaho, Rhode Island, and Texas. My husband and I moved to DFW in 2005. We have been married since 1997 and have six children, five girls and a boy.
