I help clients to improve their relationship with themselves, build self-love and self-compassion, to connect to their needs and engage in effective self-care. I teach clients to understand and express their emotions in meaningful ways. My clients improve their relationships and connections with others, healing past traumatic wounds and learn how to move forward in a world full of trauma and grief. I believe everyone needs help to heal the wounds of the past and learn how to cope with the experiences of the future.
When life gets difficult I am here to support you in a way that will challenge and validate, process and guide, comfort and push. It's normal to not know what to do with your emotions, to mess up in relationships, and to struggle with self-care. It is normal to fail, make mistakes and break down. I will help you get back up and keep trying!
I know it's difficult to find a therapist, keep looking until you find someone that you vibe with. I am a good fit for many people, but not for everyone, and that's okay. At my practice Mindful Therapy I have more clinicians to match you with that are available weekdays and weekends, and see adolescents 11-18 and adults. I will help you find the right fit.
