Many people come to counseling still working on undeveloped qualities, (emotional awareness, coping skills, self-regulation, self-worth, communication skills, problem solving, resilience, Interpersonal skills and even insight), and that’s ok therapy can help nurture and strengthen them along the way.
I work with individual adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and trauma. With compassion and shared decision making, we can work together to identify negative core beliefs and behaviors that impede daily life. The goal is to empower clients by building resilience, recognize strengths, and move towards wholeness.
