About
As a person passionate about helping others, I seek to assist individuals, couples, and families in working through issues to achieve greater mental health. These can be issues of communication, parenting, anxiety, depression, trauma, or other struggles. By addressing these themes in a safe, caring, and open environment, individuals, couples, and families can learn skills to manage and decrease symptoms while increasing life satisfaction. It can get better.
I specialize in working with adolescents and families, especially issues regarding communication, parenting, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and trauma. I also am able to work with couples on issues of trust and communication. I am certified in Brief Strategic Family Therapy® and trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
Therapy can be hard work. It is also a process where the therapist and individual, couple, or family can enter into a safe space to work on their struggles to reach a resolution. Contact me today to so we can embark upon this process together.
