About
Get practical coping skills and CBT tools to be happier, calmer, build better relationships, and be more productive. Self doubt, anxiety, quarter-life stuff, relationship issues, academic and career issues, and ADHD. Start feeling better about yourself and enjoying life again. My therapy doggo Lil Man and I offer a warm, relaxed, professional yet laid-back vibe and specialize in helping people in their 20's and 30's overcome anxiety. Working professionals, grad students, and college students, make your mental health and wellbeing a priority. You deserve it.
Tired of feeling judged? With me you'll find a safe, supportive, collaborative place for you to feel validated, heard, and accepted while also receiving helpful tools to get you back on track. I don't take myself too seriously so I often incorporate a little humor and levity to the healing process. I love dogs, comedy, and movies!
Shoot me a quick email and we'll get started! Lane is a noted speaker on incorporating humor into therapy and is a graduate of the Second City and Improv Olympic comedy theaters. Lil Man is a gentle 13 year old chihuahua rescued by Lane and his wife Chloe from the Austin Animal Center and trained at Austin Dog Alliance.
