I believe that all people are deserving of love & healing. All too often life does what life does and we lose sense of our self, our worth, & our belonging. Choosing to pursue therapy is a radical act of self love & a gift towards enriching your life, deepening your understanding of self, & improving your relationships. Congratulations on taking this courageous first step on a journey towards your most authentic self & more satisfying life.
I have a holistic, strengths-based, & client-centered approach to treatment & maintain a commitment to social justice frameworks. I utilize an integrative psychodynamic approach influenced by relational & feminist principles. I am trained in DBT & EMDR. I've been described as insightful, warm, funny, direct, authentic, & "someone you can tell anything to."
My goal is to co-create a safe & non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, & cared for. I believe in the strength of a mutually fostered therapeutic relationship & believe that sense of safety, intimacy, & connection is the birthplace of curiosity, growth, & healing. It would be my honor & privilege to be a part of your journey.
