I take a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, blending western and eastern healing practices, evidence based approaches, and trauma informed care. I believe that you are the expert of your own life. I will collaborate with you, explore past experiences that have shaped who you are today, and figure out what's keeping you from living the life you want. This isn't always an easy process. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to best meet the needs of each unique individual. Some of these include Somatic work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, and Mindfulness approaches. I am also a Certified Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapist and a Certified Trauma Professional.
