I take a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, blending western and eastern healing practices, evidence based approaches, and trauma informed care. I believe that you are the expert of your own life. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to best meet the needs of each unique individual. Some of these include Somatic work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, and Mindfulness approaches. I am also a Certified Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapist and a Certified Trauma Professional.
