There is beauty in the complexity of our lives, and often difficulty too. Sometimes, our inner resources and life's challenges don't align, leaving us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or incapable. My intent is to help you to find more freedom, ease, and wholeness in these moments. I am skilled in working with experiences of complex trauma and chronic pain/illness, depression, and anxiety. I am experienced in working with members of the LGBTQIA+ and ENM communities, neurodivergent folks, and those whose lives question social norms. My approach emphasizes depth, gentleness, creativity, and awareness.
I have over a decade of experience in depth-based, experiential and mindful somatic psychotherapies, and specialized training in clinical hypnosis. I am passionate about working with diverse gender/sexual identities, and fluid relationship structures, complex trauma, and chronic illness. My work orients toward the deeper causes of symptoms in finding relief.
Beginning or continuing psychotherapy can be daunting– I commit to meeting you with deep care, curiosity, respect and compassion. By giving voice to the narratives of our bodies, hearts, and minds, we can clarify both the stories you currently live by and identify opportunities to write new and vibrant chapters.
