My goal as a therapist is to help my client/clients become equipped to live life fully. I believe people can change and I enjoy being a part of that. I value the therapeutic relationship and find that it provides a solid foundation for the client to learn and grow.
My background is in Family Systems. Because of this I really enjoy and do not shy away from families and couples. When working with individuals, the world of relationships may be difficult to see. I do my best to see people in light of their family, friends, and culture while respecting and helping the individual in front of me.
