I understand that looking for the a therapist can be an overwhelming, daunting and even frustrating task. I am here to make the journey easier on you, as a therapist who is truly passionate about my work and feels privileged to do what I do! You are seeking someone who listens with compassion and without judgement to understand the emotions, situations or symptoms you are experiencing while also confidently diving in with you to navigate through it all to the solutions, goals, peace and changes you desire. Recognizing the uniqueness of every client, I tailor a plan to meet your specific needs and visions you have for your future.
I work with school age children/teens, adults and some couples of all ages, genders, races and backgrounds. I specialize in trauma/PTSD, anxiety, OCD, anger and impulse control disorders, depressive and bi-polar disorders. I utilize CBT, EMDR, and other evidence based modalities (see below) in my treatment approach and plan that will be created just for you.
I know it can feel like a big step to get started and call a counselor, but we’ll make it easy. We can have a 15 min. free consultation call to determine how or if I can help.
