Hello! I’m glad you found me and would love to help. In all of our lives there are times when we struggle and could use support. As a licensed professional clinical counselor and licensed alcohol and drug counselor, I specialize in working with those who suffer from chemical and mental health issues. The past 20+ years my professional career has been dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and their families. I am also passionate about working with those who are simply trying to live a more fulfilled life.
I find that the best way to be of service and support is to utilize a person-centered approach to therapy. I feel that it is vital for health and wellness to understand ourselves, where we come from and to find the skills and coping strategies from within to best heal.
I believe that therapy is a safe, non-judgmental place where we can explore that which gives our lives meaning and heal. I draw from existential approaches and find that when our lives have purpose and meaning we are best equipped to manage through the tough times that may come along.
