I have a heart for distressed marriages and want to help you find healing from difficult pains that occur so you can live a fulfilled life of joy and peace. Sometimes painful feelings can become so overwhelming that we lose sight of our purpose, leaving us stuck in a perpetual unhealthy cycle. Past traumas, experiences, doubts, and anxiety can trap us into believing lies causing us to live broken lives. Whether you are struggling in a cycle of being angry with others, shaming yourself, vying for control, escaping into drugs, affairs, porn, or shutting down from others, there is hope.
When it comes to therapy, I seek to empathetically understand my clients and help them break their cycles that lead to pain. I believe that each of my clients has that power and they just need a guide to work beside them to help them to discover the truth.
My background of counseling veterans who have experienced combat or sexual trauma has been eye-opening to the world's pain. By working with this clientele, I have developed strengths in Family Issues, Post-Traumatic Stress, Grief and Loss, Substance Abuse, Identity Issues, and struggles with one's faith.
