I am passionate about working with individuals experiencing PTSD, Complex Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD and OCD.
As a certified LI therapist, consultant and trainer, I am the leading expert in Lifespan Integration (LI) for Utah. LI is a gentle therapeutic modality that helps with emotional regulation, trauma processing, attachment repair and core-self building. LI can be used for a variety of mental health disorders and life stressors.
Although starting therapy can be an unnerving and intimidating experience, it is worth it! Often times what we keep inside becomes so overwhelming. If we can talk about it, share our stories, then we can move forward towards healing. My goal and passion is to help you heal one session at a time.
