About
Life doesn’t come with a rule book. There’s no instruction manual, and often, despite our best intentions and preparations we face situations that are overwhelming, heartbreaking and on the verge of defeating. Encompass Life Therapy is here to help you heal by learning new techniques that will change the way you interact with your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Ultimately, allowing you to live a more liberated, whole and healthy life.
I use various therapeutic modalities-including CBT and Mindfulness, I specialize in a gentle body-based therapy called Lifespan Integration (LI). LI can be used for anyone who has experienced trauma--from the passing of a loved one, to divorce, bullying, adoption, neglect, etc.
Although starting therapy can be an unnerving and intimidating experience, it is worth it! Often times what we keep inside becomes so overwhelming. If we can talk about it, share our stories, then we can move forward towards healing. My goal and passion is to help you heal one session at a time.
