Today's world can be overwhelming and lonely. With so much happening around us it can create a feeling of being stuck, high anxiety and/or depression. This is the year of change for many! Although exciting, making changes can be difficult and can lead to feelings of isolation. These transitions may include divorce, job loss, reentering the work force, becoming a teenager or adult, leaving or changing your religion, moving, new relationship, parenting, losing a loved one, sobriety, exploring gender identity/sexuality and more. I offer a non-judgmental and safe environment for my clients to explore their feelings, anxieties and trauma that have lead to where they are today. My clients appreciate my direct but collaborative approach to understanding the past while moving toward a better, more fulfilling future. I believe that connection to others is the key to positive change.
