Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addictions Professional (CAP), working as an individual, group and family therapist in the Tampa Bay area. My personal philosophy is that people are essentially good and have the ability to grow and change throughout their lifetime. I feel I possess a natural ability to relate to people and enjoy the unique qualities of individuals. Therapists have been responsible for facilitating positive change in the lives of individuals, groups and families and I would love to be apart of that journey.
I am a Dialectical Behavior Therapist (DBT) but also specialize in other evidence based approaches. I incorporate mutual trust, collaboration, and individualized care to help people reach their goals. Experienced in: substance abuse, eating disorders, and teens with experience in residential, PHP, IOP and outpatient levels of care.
I have a calm and soothing office that is devoted solely to maintaining a comfortable and confidential therapeutic environment.
