About
I enjoy helping people to improve their overall quality of life. I believe that therapy can be a profoundly positive experience, and I strive to develop a trusting relationship that fosters safety so that you feel comfortable to begin your journey of healing and growth. Whether you are struggling with past pain, current life transitions, overwhelming emotions, or future worries, our journey will assist you in living your best life.
I have had a wide range of experience working with adults, families, adolescents, and children who've battled a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, loss, relationship difficulties, trauma, anger, parenting struggles and so forth.
I have found through my experience that a compassionate, non-judgmental, respectful, honest and direct approach is most effective in creating an environment where change is possible. My goal is to make therapy as helpful as possible for all my clients. Don't hesitate to call or email if you have questions. I offer free 15 minute phone consultation.
