I specialize in working with couples and families. For couple work, I only use Gottman Method Couples Therapy, as I believe in evidence based practices and strive to provide the best experience possible for everyone seeking services. I also have extensive experience working with families struggling with changes in life and hardships. I understand that the teen years can be an especially challenging time and have assisted many families in forging new bonds and ways to communicate that have allowed all members of the family to feel respected and validated.
I feel that the connections people are able to make and foster in life are one of the most vital and rewarding parts of the human experience. Assisting in creating better experiences for the closest bonds people will ever have is an honor, and why my practice is focused only on that area.
