Are you struggling with unhelpful thoughts, feelings, and/or behavior patterns that keep you stuck in important areas of life? I hear this all the time from clients! It can be so frustrating to have the desire for change but can't make it happen. My style is results-oriented without being too rigid. Often, the answer to these problems is deeper work and "looking under the hood". I am happy to schedule a free 15-20 minute initial meeting to discuss what you are looking for and tell you about my practice. I offer in-person, telehealth, traditional psychotherapy, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, and psychedelic harm reduction.

My approach is rooted in attachment theory and incorporates psychoeducation, specialized experiential techniques, psychodynamics, and traditional talk therapy to help people navigate change. My area of specialty is traumatic stress, attachment injury, and/or unresolved family-of-origin issues.
I like to help people get past emotional and cognitive roadblocks that could influence behavior and decision-making. Experiential modalities and ketamine therapy can help shift these patterns. I am committed to seeing my clients move past these inhibiting blocks and break through to the life they want.
