With over 35 years of personal experience in almost every age and every stage of life, I understand that life can be hard, relationships can be painful, and stress can be overwhelming. I have worked with trauma, interpersonal and sexual violence, am certified in EMDR, and am very creative in helping you incorporate effective parenting and coping skills.
