We live in a very stressful time and stress impacts children, adolescents and adults in unique ways. Untreated, chronic stress can lead to emotional, psychological and medical problems as well as relationship difficulties. Are you suffering from stress or depression at work, home or school? Perhaps you are experiencing difficulty in your relationships with your spouse, children or family? We provide individual, couples and family therapy in a comfortable, safe, supportive environment. We counsel clients with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, ADHD, OCD, behavioral problems, self-esteem, adjustment, marital and family issues as well as assisting with parenting concerns.
Our clients are ages 5--75 years old. I am an experienced award winning therapist with many years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults. Treatment approaches include: client- centered, cognitive-behavioral, stress management, supportive, trauma therapy, art and play therapy, marriage/family therapy, and parent education and training.
Since opening our private practice Sept. 1, 2005, we have helped adults, children, couples and families make positive, healthy changes in their lives. We are conveniently located on US Hwy 1 in Washington Plaza across from McDonald's in a safe, comfortable office. We look forward to hearing from you.
