Healing is possible. If you are living with traumatic events from your past, symptoms/ affects caused by past traumas, therapy can be a safe space, to process and heal from these experiences. I use a collaborative holistic approach to trauma healing with a trauma-informed focus on the mind and body. My goal is to help clients learn to cope with life’s challenges more effectively, make healthier decisions, and to gain a better understanding of themselves.

I have experience working with individuals on Trauma & PTSD, CPTSD, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, life transitions, and interpersonal relationship issues. I use an integrative approach to therapy that includes but is not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Motivational Therapy, IFS & EMDR therapy.
