About
When you are depressed or anxious, you feel like life is passing you by and you are powerless to grab it, not to mention be on top of and enjoy it. My passion is to help people deal with their emotional pain caused by various kinds of issues, including family of origin, interpersonal problems, low self-esteem, loss of loved ones, trauma, life transitions and etc. In general, I aim to help my clients improve their mood, feel empowered to handle difficult situations in life, and thrive in relationships.
I am experienced in working with children, teenagers and adults. I am fluent in English and Chinese, both Mandarin and Cantonese. Besides individual therapy, I conduct pre-marital, marital and family therapy.
Life is hard, but you or your family members don’t have to suffer alone! No matter what challenges you are facing, I hope to talk and meet with you and accompany you to walk the difficult, yet wonderful journey towards hope and healing.
