My ideal clients are children and families who are trying hard but feel stuck in cycles of overwhelm, big emotions, or disconnection. Mostly parents, but sometimes adults, often feel worried or unsure how to help, while kids struggle with regulation, focus, or the impact of stress or trauma. They want understanding, practical tools, and hope. Together, we work toward safety, confidence, stronger relationships, and skills that support lasting change.
I specialize in working with children and families experiencing emotional regulation challenges, ADHD, trauma, and stress. I offer in-person, trauma- and neurodivergent-affirming therapy that includes play- and art-based work, skills from CBT/DBT, and regular parent support to strengthen connection and confidence.
