My clients are often experiencing stressors related to burnout, life transitions, life stagnation, relationships, perfectionism, Imposter Syndrome, high achievement/striving, challenging family dynamics, & struggling with managing anxiety/depression symptoms, addictions, or just feeling "stuck". The goal is to find your peace, recognize that you are not separated by your mental, physical, & spiritual health but interdependently connected by them.
Using approaches but not limited to: solution focus, person-centered, mindfulness-based, reality therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, & cognitive behavioral therapies to address the whole person rather than just one isolated health component. My nonjudgmental methods to therapy will empower you while promoting mindfulness.
