For over 15 years, I have served individuals, couples, and families in a variety of settings. I take a trauma-informed mind, body, and spirit approach to identifying areas for growth and methods for healing. I help clients achieve greater integration towards a more holistic, authentic version of self. I often work with clients navigating concerns in their relationships, intersecting sexuality and spirituality, and survivors of trauma.
