I assist clients in building skills and acquiring tools to align their life with their values and vision. I have a Masters in Social Work from University of Washington. My approach is primarily cognitive/behavioral and most of my training is in CBT, DBT and ACT but I also draw on other modalities including IFS, ecological, and humanistic approaches.
I am now offering Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP): the use of ketamine as a compliment to therapy. I deliver KAP in my practice in partnership with an organization called Journey Clinical, which has a specialized medical team that determines eligibility for KAP, prescribes ketamine lozenges and supports me in monitoring outcomes.
