Teaching Resilience-The Hero's Journey

This group will utilize evidenced based recovery principles, Positive Psychology techniques, Coping Skill Development, and more to assist participants with identifying their most powerful character traits. The hope is that once identified, it can be developed into a consistent reminder of their greatness, harnessed, and used effectively when confronted with life challenges that may impact their daily living and recovery. Through creative and innovative engagement, participants will leave the group inspired to live a life where they are empowered to embrace their best selves and focus on their strengths.
