Hello, my name is Laleh. Have you ever felt that starting the therapy process is frightening but needed? Have you been experiencing anxiety and depression for so long that it seems like the norm? Does the idea of sharing past traumas and working towards healing seem impossible? My primary focus is on building trust and safety while helping you connect with your own capacity for growth and healing. I utilize CBT, EMDR, Somatic Work, Play Therapy techniques, Psychoeducation, Mindfulness Techniques, and more to guide you towards calming your nervous system, reframing thoughts, and reclaiming your sense of self.
