My specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma work, and the impact of difficult experiences in childhood. I offer gentle direction, compassion, creativity, and curiosity as we consider together your beliefs about how the world works and how that guides your actions.
I am here to offer you a grounded, secure presence for the work you have come to do, and I focus on authenticity to give you permission to do the same. I use Internal Family Systems to help you find compassion for yourself. I offer Brainspotting and EMDR for trauma work.
