I enjoy working with the impact of a difficult childhood, coming-of-age topics, self-confidence, anxiety and depression, and change in general. My approach is quiet, gentle, positive, attentive, and trauma-informed. I use Internal Family Systems to help you find compassion for yourself. I offer Brainspotting and EMDR for trauma work.
