I work with professional women and men who struggle with the demands of daily living, parenting, work/life balance, interpersonal and family relationships. My typical client is an overachiever and successful by society's standards who at times suffers from stress, anxiety, and/or depression.
I employ a variety of treatment modalities to address my clients' therapy needs. However, I typically use a combination of solution focused, narrative therapy and motivational interviewing techniques.
I am a Life Coach/ Therapist. I believe we all have the tools and the ability to reach our full potential, but life gets in the way from time to time, and when it does those setbacks often can shake some of us to our core.

The Feminine Energy Group starts June 2022

This twelve-week mental and physical wellness experience focuses on feminine energy. We meet on Mondays 7-830pm, Wednesdays 7-830 pm, Saturdays 1-2 pm. Participants will engage in a combination of activities such as boxing drills, outdoor group boot camps, a comprehensive nutritional assessment, meal preparation coaching, group/individual thought-therapy, and access to a supportive feminine community via a private Facebook group/zoom call. The program will be held both in-person and virtually on a weekly basis. Weekly group coaching/therapy will be held via zoom. Individual coaching/therapy sessions will be held bi-weekly.
