About
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping children and adults who suffer from stress, anxiety, depression, career difficulties, relationship problems, and self-esteem issues. I help my clients to reach their goals through an integrative approach which includes cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
I can teach you or your child strategies and techniques to help you manage and cope with life's difficulties. Together we can set goals and you can be empowered to overcome the barriers that have been hindering you and holding you back from a better life.
Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. You don't have to feel alone. Contact me & let's talk about it.
