Sometimes life can be extremely overwhelming, making even the simplest of tasks feel impossible to accomplish. I have extensive experience in helping my clients work through a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, poor self-esteem, stress management, and suicidal ideations/behaviors. I believe my clients are the experts on their own lives and my role is to help support, guide, and empower my clients to make positive changes and accomplish their goals. I focus on creating a safe and nonjudgmental space in which my clients can feel comfortable speaking about their personal experiences and challenges.
My therapy style is largely client-centered and relationship based. I also incorporate a variety of other therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based, and solution focused approaches, depending on individual client needs.
Life is hard but you don't have to do it alone. I look forward to hearing from you to discuss how therapy can help you.
