I am working towards my PhD in Mental Health Counseling and am committed to deepening my clinical skills and contributing meaningfully. I am especially interested in the intersection of culture, identity, and emotional wellness. Using an eclectic approach with psychodynamic, CBT, and DBT modalities at my back, we can work to make change in your life.
