Hello! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience, who works with adolescents and adults. I enjoy creating a safe space for others to process, heal and grow. I believe that individuals have the ability to change their lives; therefore, my goal is to support and empower you as you work through your challenges so that you can be on the journey to becoming the best version of yourself!
I take an integrative approach to therapy in which I use a variety of tools to fit the individual’s needs. I specialize in working with individuals who have challenges with anxiety, depression, life transitions and trauma. I also have a calling to create safe spaces for BIPOC individuals who need support navigating intergenerational and racial trauma.
I am the owner/founder of the The Soar Firm, LLC, which provides coaching, counseling, and consulting services. I am able to serve individuals residing in SC (in-person & virtual) and NC (virtual only). My office hours are: Mondays/Wednesdays/Thursdays (9AM - 4PM); Tuesdays/Fridays (9AM - 12PM).
