As individuals, we are shaped by our experiences and in order to move forward, it is often necessary to explore our past. Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy are my primary forms of therapy used. As the client, it is important that you understand your own story, and how your emotions, actions and problems fit into the context of your story.
With the use of both Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I am here to assist you in making sense of your experiences, thoughts and feelings. Whether you are 7 years old or 77, my previous experiences working with children and youth, work as a Hospice Chaplain and background in grief work allow me to offer therapeutic services to all ages.
What you feel matters. Clients have the option to choose whether the integration of spirituality is desired. My goal is to meet all of my clients where they are. Some clients do not identify with any faith and others are strongly committed to their personal faith. In a session with me, you are free to express your feelings, without fear of judgement.
