I have worked over twenty years with adult and adolescent clients with emotional and behavioral concerns. If you struggle with grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, parenting, or find yourself facing a life altering event, you will find through the process of therapy that you can persevere with discernment, trust, hope and willingness.
I follow a strength based model of practice incorporating a combination of stress management, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness based strategies. This approach brings forward self-awareness and healing while arresting assumptions and unveiling core beliefs often perpetuated by our past experiences.
