My experience includes working with youth, adults, couples, and families who experienced various issues such ADHD, anger, mood, behavior, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use and other mental illnesses. I am EMDR trained and working towards certification. EMDR is my primary modality yet I utilize other evidence-based practices such as CBT.
