My approach to providing therapy is person-centered, which focuses on creating an empathic and supportive environment. This type of approach allows the client to explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences without judgement. I tend to use cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, and mindfulness to assist my clients in reaching the goal
