Each session will began with your knowledge of self which includes thoughts, feelings, and actions, encourage understanding of triggers ( underlying issues or self awareness), goals that are obtainable for lasting effects, and continuation of self improvement with methods illustrated in sessions. It is very important to understand that each client recognize the importance of self worth and understanding that the mind is a powerful tool that needs care, then healing can began.
I will offer person centered therapy, education of behaviors, encourage negative thought stopping techniques with CBT ( change negative thoughts), DBT ( encourage mindfulness and awareness), and coping skills which will increase the need for internal and external change.
