Maybe you or your child are functioning from a naturally anxious space, or maybe you are here because something scary or hard has happened. Maybe you found yourself here because you desperately need a professional who will work with you or your child's neurodivergent brain, not against it or in spite of it. Whatever brought you to this point, I am here to support you in finding new ways to connect back into yourself and with your child. I do my best work with kids, tweens, and young adults who may be highly sensitive, neurodivergent, anxious, or grieving.

I work and play from a strengths-based perspective, which just means we work together to draw from the natural giftings and strengths that already live inside of you. I consider parents a vital part of the work I do with kids, and carve out time to meet with parents at a regular cadence.

I consider myself a playful, silly, and compassionate therapist who completely rejects the idea that therapy should be a stuffy place. I find it such an honor to partner alongside families, and would love to chat with you about how I can support you in your unique journey back to yourself. I can't wait to meet you!
