I am a Trauma-informed Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My goal is to help you be the best version of yourself. I work with individuals who have ADHD, depression, anxiety, identity issues, parenting, couples, and the LGBTQIA population.
I use DBT, CBT, Brainspotting and EMDR approaches. I allow my clients to be in the driver's seat to their therapy and if they’re unable to drive, we drive together and make strides for the patient to take over when they feel ready. I have an interactive therapy approach.
I help my clients meet their goals using evidence-based therapy modalities, patience, understanding, empathy and compassion. During our first session, we will talk and I will ask questions based on your personal needs and goals.
