I am trained in EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which helps people heal from trauma and other stressful life experiences by reactivating the natural healing process in the brain. I also have training and experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
