I have over 18 years experience and specialize in working with adults overcome stressors relating to trauma, depression, anxiety, post traumatic-stress, stress management, college mental health, relationships problems, self-esteem issues, adjusting to life changes and transitions. My goal is to provide a comfortable therapeutic environment for you!
